The Texas XXXs have made frequent appearances at the various International Seniors Rugby Festivals over the years and from their first appearance at the second Golden Oldies Festival in Long Beach, California in 1981 until today the Texas XXXs have always been a favorite with other teams, supporters and spectators.

Until challenged, it could be suggested that the Texas XXXs have one of the best participation records at these International Senior's Games worldwide having attended 10 of the last 18 Golden Oldies events, and 2 of the last 4 Vintage Games. Certainly the XXXs have the lead in participation among the teams from the USA.
